Latest Release Notes
Updates for your Mandata Enterprise TMS and apps
Changes to your Web Services home screen

The button options at the top of the Web Services client has been changed.
Haulier news and Mandata news have been separated and can be toggled on and off using their buttons.
The haulier news button will toggle news articles created by hauliers or important announcements by Mandata, such as maintenance shutdowns.
The Mandata news button will toggle the Mandata news page on and off. This page will showcase all the latest big features added to Web Services, as well as help and hints and tricks for using the System.
Favourites are now permanently displayed on the home screen.
They are added using a right-click on the menu item as before (See image below).

The favourites are listed down the left and can be renamed and assigned a colour by right-clicking to open the properties options.
The favourites can also be re-ordered or removed using the same right-click menu.

Vehicle Checks: Attachment Count added to Inspection List
A new attachment count column can now be added to the vehicle inspection list, making it easy to see at a glance which inspections have supporting documents. The attach file button has also been updated to a paperclip icon, providing clearer visual cues and reducing confusion when adding files during inspection resolutions.

Vehicle Checks: Export
A simple CSV format export has added to the inspections form.
The Export full detail option, which is available under the export button, opens a new range form.

The layout of the export is a flat CSV file suitable for importing into a spreadsheet.

Vehicle Checks: Daily missed report added for Vehicle Inspections

The daily missed report did not respect the time settings on the date ranges. This meant that if a vehicle has been inspected at any time during a day it would not be included in the report.
The report will now include a vehicle if it was not inspected during the reporting time range.
The scheduled version of this report (Missing inspections) will also print within the set time ranges.
